Can You Camp at Rattlesnake Lake?

At this point, no, there is no camping at Rattlesnake Lake proper. But there is a great deal of camping very close by, so you'll have plenty of options to choose from.

Campsites Near Rattlesnake Lake

Here are the best campgrounds close to Rattlesnake Lake:


The popular Tinkham Campground is only 20 minutes from Rattlesnake Lake, traveling west along highway 90 toward North Bend. The campground is on Tinkham Road/NF-55.

Price: Riverside campsites are $18 a night, and sites located slightly back from the river are $16.

Reservations? Yes, reservations are possible at Tinkham campground.


Middle Fork Campground

Middle Fork is slightly further from Rattlesnake Lake, around a 35-minute drive. You'll take 90 east toward Tanner before quickly exiting onto SE Middle Fork Road. The campground is on the Snoqualmie River within a densely forested area.

Blue Sky RV Park

This is a good RV camping spot near Rattlesnake Lake. Unfortuantly, it's a bit west up 90, but it may suit someone who is spending time in the area. It is paved, with laundry facilities and more. It's not far from Highway 5 as well.

Alice Creek Campground

This is a first-come-first-serve campground that is free to use. But this means there are no real amenities to speak of. There is no drinking water available at the campground. But there is a bathroom and places to pitch tents. It's only 17 or so minutes from Rattlesnake Lake.



Nor' West RV Park

The Nor'West RV Park is a multi-use area where you can also store boats. It is also home to mobile homes, apartments, and more. The RV park is pet-friendly and has full hook ups, cable tv, and more. Plus, it's only 10 minutes from Rattlesnake Lake. Read more about the campground here.

The Denny Creek Campground is near the Snoqualmie River and is more secluded than nearby sites. There are 24 sites you can reserve and one group site.
