Jubilee Lake Campground - Umatilla National Forest, Oregon

Jubilee Lake Campground in Umatilla National Forest is a beautiful, high elevation campground that's open from July to November.


The campground is busy during the holidays, particularly in the middle of summer. Even during off days, visitors might find themselves crowded by people visiting the lake for the day. It's an incredibly beautiful spot that offers fishing and opportunities for hiking.


The campground is in the Blue Mountains of Washington and Oregon and includes over 1.4 million acres of land. There are over 715 miles of trails and more than 20 campgrounds, of which Jubilee Lake Campground is one of.

About Jubilee Lake

The Jubilee Lake area is a popular outdoor recreation site that offers opportunities for whichever outdoor activity you enjoy. It is a man-made lake in Umatilla National Forest, in the northeast corner of Oregon. The lake touches three counties: Union, Umatilla, and Wallowa and was created in 1968 with the construction of a dam at Motett Creek.
